Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to manage and support various database systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using business intelligence applications
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize and standardize information for reporting needs
• Collaborate with the agile development team to enhance existing processes and programs

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years experience using a CMMS Product (Service Insight 7 & Maximo preferred)
• 1+ years experience performing analytical tasks within Facilities Management, Property Management, or Procurement
• 1+ years experience using Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop (Desktop Specialist Certification preferred)
• 1+ years experience using SmartSheet (Smartsheet Certified Associate preferred)
• Proficient in visual analytics platforms and CMMS tools
