Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business System Analyst (Workday Finance - REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business and technology groups to identify and define system requirements
• Analyze data to recommend business systems solutions and participate in design review sessions
• Coordinate communications and training efforts related to assigned projects, ensuring compliance and usability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities
• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and/or Data Analytics/Data Warehouses
• Experience with Financial ERP Systems, particularly Workday Finance
• Experience executing all testing facets, including integration and functional testing
