Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst_IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of functional requirements and design documentation during project discovery and execution
• Act as a primary SME liaison between business users and IT project teams, managing user expectations and requirements scope
• Facilitate functional requirements walkthroughs, lead documentation design, and participate in change management activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of business systems analysis experience or comparable experience
• Minimum 3 years of analytical experience
• 3 years of experience documenting business processes, including creating flow charts and process diagrams
• Firm understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies; healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred
