Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operation Systems Analyst who will research and analyze business processes for Medicare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and document business processes for Medicare system development or enhancement
• Assist with needs assessments to align operational solutions with government initiatives
• Coordinate implementation activities for system changes and assist in debugging and retesting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of job-related work experience, or an Associate's degree with 2 years of job-related work experience
• 6 years of job-related professional business systems analysis, research, and/or customer support experience with Medicare systems
