Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to analyze and optimize business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in assigned products and business areas
• Analyze data from various sources to provide recommendations and resolve issues
• Lead requirement gathering and documentation with business partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience with ERP systems, including requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, and support
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll for the U.S. and U.S. multi-state payroll expertise
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.)
• Experience working with multinational organizations and systems
