Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst (Remote/Flexible).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate requirements for Smartsheet Control Center solutions and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective Smartsheet reports and dashboards
• Monitor and maintain Smartsheet systems for optimal performance and provide user training and support

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in business systems analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience with Smartsheet Control Center administration and management
• Strong understanding of integrating Smartsheet with other systems
• Proven project management experience in an agile environment
