Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance outcomes for homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze system usage and provide management with best practice recommendations
• Assist operations with the implementation of new enhancements to the core servicing system
• Provide escalated technical support to the user base of the servicing system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of technical work experience within the mortgage servicing or mortgage banking industry preferred
• Experience in Black Knight MSP servicing system or other mortgage software preferred
• Excellent technical leadership skills and the ability to organize and motivate others
