Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow and other IT products
• Analyze current business processes to identify improvements and develop process maps
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and support for IT solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on ITSM
• Experience working with ServiceNow, including implementation and administration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and relevant certifications preferred
• Experience creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications and user stories
