Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a 100% remote, 3-6 month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Quote-2-Cash systems, managing users, permissions, settings, and routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by users
• Execute approved configuration changes and support data integrity and system monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting financial or Quote-2-Cash (Q2C) systems in a SaaS/tech environment
• Hands-on experience with Zuora, Salesforce/CPQ, Ironclad, and/or Vertex
• Understanding of Q2C business processes including quote, contract, billing, and revenue
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in remote settings
• Experience in a fast-paced, iterative environment
