Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to define, analyze, and synthesize software application requirements within the IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and analyze software application requirements and ensure cohesive system designs
• Evaluate and improve technical processes, workflows, and data flows during the software development life cycle
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure system requirements are documented and met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Four years of experience as a systems analyst, data analyst, or software engineer
• Four years of formal modeling experience using UML and/or BPMN
• Technical experience in a software development environment, including systems analysis for proprietary applications
• Experience with enterprise frameworks, systems integration, and software development methodologies
