Required Qualifications

• 8 years of business system analyst experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in core business analysis activities, including workflow creation and requirements gathering
• In-depth understanding of the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with testing, production support, and troubleshooting processes
