Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and gather data to gain insights
• Promote understanding by aligning requirements with program objectives and documenting use cases
• Serve as a liaison between partners, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure clear communication of project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and process mapping
• Experience with SFDC, SFDC CPQ, or SAP S/4
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Previous experience in product management is preferred
