Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and gather data to gain insights
• Promote understanding by aligning requirements with program objectives and documenting use cases and process flows
• Act as a liaison between partners, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure effective communication and project requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping
• Experience with SFDC, SFDC CPQ, or SAP S/4
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Previous experience in product management is a plus
