Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (FINEOS) to ensure seamless user experience and efficient system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including meeting notes and requirement analysis
• Build understanding of business processes, compliance, and workflows to apply in daily activities
• Assist with creation of test plans and perform testing to ensure requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles
• Understanding of business and technical processes, including familiarity with Agile/Scrum
• Exposure to business analysis/project management techniques and tools
• Able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet
• Located in the United States or Puerto Rico
