Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with business areas to define needs and translate them into functional specifications
• Manage work plans to ensure timely completion of functional specifications for new systems or major enhancements
• Assist in post-implementation analysis and develop training materials for end users

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting Icertis and knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Syntex
• Experience with Agile development methodology and work management tools like Jira
• Ability to write functional and technical specifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts
