Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions through documentation, testing, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Perform documentation and reporting for system analysis, business requirements, and testing
• Conduct system analysis and software testing using SQL, JIRA, and other tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of related work experience, with financial industry experience required
• Proficiency in SQL and JIRA, along with experience in reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in system analysis and development using Salesforce
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team and manage tasks in a high-pressure environment
