Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the Generative AI Platform team by gathering requirements and facilitating agile execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for platform features and enhancements
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with product teams to prioritize the backlog
• Act as a liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and assist in change management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an AI or software development environment
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
• Deep understanding of complex multi-platform applications and systems
• Proficient in managing tasks, timelines, and resources for successful project delivery
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; CBAP certification is a plus
