Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III who will provide advanced technical and operational business system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, compiling and interpreting data for accuracy and efficiencies
• Provide daily technical support for systems, ensuring smooth processes and improving user experience
• Produce reports based on data analysis and system testing while ensuring compliance with SDLC processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience creating and updating user stories, bug tickets, and tasks in Agile management software
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements with business and technical teams
• Experience creating and executing test cases for banking or financial web-based applications
• Experience writing SQL queries and testing APIs using tools like SOAP UI and Postman
