Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Order Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to document business processes and workflows related to order management
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that enhance business operations and order management workflows
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, assisting with project planning and training end-users on new systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Systems/Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Experience with order management systems and workflows
• Certifications such as CBAP or PMP are a plus
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and reporting tools
