Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with Integration Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, conducting gap analysis and documenting processes
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system integrations and optimize operations
• Act as a liaison for project management and support, training end-users on new systems and workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Systems/Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with system integration projects and API integrations (REST, SOAP)
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and reporting tools
• Certifications such as CBAP or PMP are a plus
