Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II who will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
• Create systems and business process models, specifications, and documentation for developers and project teams
• Plan user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor IT service levels as per service-level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years of related experience in a similar role
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of health care payer business functions is desired
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development is preferred
• Ability to work independently and seek knowledge in the area of specialty
