Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Elicit and document business requirements, translating them into specifications for technical teams
• Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to inform system implementation decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, solution management, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience with program escalations, technical projects, and collaboration with engineering teams
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Bachelor's degree in information management or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in developing business requirements, project plans, and performing solution validation/testing
