Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between the product team and software developers
• Create and manage documentation including user stories, use cases, and functional specs; support testing efforts
• Provide cross-functional support throughout the entire product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years working as a business systems analyst
• Proven ability to translate business needs into structured workflows and identify dependencies
• Solid understanding of technical concepts, especially microservices architecture
• Experience working in Agile environments with thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
