Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the optimization of core business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to define and prioritize product vision and strategy for ERP and CRM functions
• Facilitate communication across departments to identify potential changes impacting financial transactions and reporting
• Acquire and document requirements for system improvements, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot ERP and CRM issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or a business-related field
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Experience with operations, manufacturing, and vendor management
• Experience with data management concepts and workflows
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
