Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support its IT Applications team in maintaining and improving business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Support the configuration, maintenance, and operations of SaaS and GTM applications
• Help triage, research, and resolve tickets related to supported applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience in a business systems, IT, or analyst role
• Basic understanding of business applications, preferably Salesforce or other SaaS tools
• Familiarity with Excel or other data management tools
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical and functional expertise
