• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, integration development, and financial systems
• Proven experience as a technical lead or architect for enterprise financial systems
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines and release automation frameworks
• Experience integrating Oracle Financials with various applications
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or Business System Analysts
