Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Creates systems and business process models, specifications, and documentation for developers and project teams
• Manages requirements throughout the project lifecycle and plans user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years of related experience
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions is desired
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development is a plus
• Ability to work independently and seek knowledge in the area of specialty
