Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their Compensation team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, analyze data, and collaborate with the team for implementation
• Validate requirements and ensure they meet stakeholder expectations through reviews and sign-offs
• Assess the impact of process adjustments and assist in maintaining strong vendor relationships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Consultant
• Experience collaborating with application developers or technology teams in project management
• Exposure to business analysis and project management techniques, processes, and tools
• Experience developing and executing test cases
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection, located in the United States or Puerto Rico
