Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining system scope and objectives through research and analysis
• Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise system logic under supervision
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions for application enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred
