Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and processes, facilitating meetings to document requirements and ensure effective solutions
• Manage development initiatives, coordinating activities across teams to meet deadlines and objectives
• Provide training and support to end-users and serve as a subject matter expert for system-related inquiries

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and compliance regulations
• Knowledge of mortgage origination and servicing platforms
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Must be located in the United States and able to work standard business hours
