Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst- Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee productivity and customer experience
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for projects and enhancements
• Create business process models and implement system enhancements aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience as a business analyst or related role
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and related systems
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion system administration and Salesforce environments
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket
• Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies is preferred
