Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to facilitate complex projects and support business requirements in the Banking Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate moderately complex to complex projects from proposal through post-implementation
• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and execute test cases for assigned projects
• Serve as a mentor and project lead, coordinating with business clients and ensuring project milestones are met

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of operational/business analytics experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Subject matter expert in business with knowledge of the application/system being supported
• Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software packages
