Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and operational expertise for system/application issues
• Resolve production issues by troubleshooting and coordinating with IT and vendors
• Collaborate on projects by documenting business requirements and coordinating testing plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with Workday Financials or HCM modules is a plus
• Experience with Workday Reporting and Business Process configuration is beneficial
• Familiarity with Workday Security administration and data integrations is advantageous
