Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst in the Life Systems Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance and testing of complex products and services
• Develop comprehensive requirements and translate end-user needs into system modifications
• Provide production support by diagnosing software defects and managing resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Typically, 2+ years of applicable work and/or technical experience
• Post-secondary degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
• Preferred experience in life policy administration or financial systems
• General understanding of life products and policy administration
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
