Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a contractual opportunity of 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, gather user requirements, and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct data analysis and create documentation for business requirements, including data mapping and visualization
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, and assist with incident analysis and problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• Experience with life, annuity, and universal life products
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to perform intermediate to advanced SQL queries
• In-depth experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of digital platforms and web services/APIs
• BS or BA in computer science, information systems, or business administration
• 5-7 years of related work experience
