Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSA Business Systems Analyst (API).

Key Responsibilities:

Author and maintain detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for platform capabilities
Collaborate with architects and engineers to define API contracts and document cross-service interactions
Maintain Jira epics, features, and user stories, ensuring backlog accuracy and refinement

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
Experience working with APIs and microservices-based architectures
Proven ability to independently author comprehensive PRDs
Experience completing Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and governance documentation
Strong Jira experience
