Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to document and implement operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with Technical Product Manager and business personnel to define and document business needs and objectives
• Conduct change impact analysis and assist in identifying opportunities for improving business processes
• Track and document changes for functional specifications and provide training on systems modules

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Up to 5 years of related experience in residential loan servicing preferred
• Basic understanding of systems development lifecycle methodologies and modern technical architecture
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Sagent Loanserv or Black Knight MSP preferred
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of XML and SQL query statements
