Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems & Automation Analyst to oversee IT operations and drive innovation through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations, vendor relationships, and ensure system availability and security
• Facilitate AI adoption and automation improvements, capturing requirements and maintaining a prioritized backlog
• Document solutions and maintain an executive-friendly view of IT requests and changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 0-3 years of experience in IT, systems, technical operations, or automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 fundamentals
• Experience using AI tools in practical workflows
• Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with employees effectively
