Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software testing and documentation, providing user training and support
• Analyze application systems to ensure proper development and implementation
• Facilitate discovery sessions to document workflows and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred: 3+ years in functional requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing in higher education or enterprise software
• Preferred: 2+ years configuring and managing low-code/no-code platforms or enterprise student systems
• Preferred: 2+ years facilitating discovery sessions and documenting business processes
