Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT/Development teams, focusing on eCommerce capabilities
• Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the eCommerce architecture
• Document and manage functional and non-functional requirements for new features and system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or technology
• 3+ years of experience with major B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms
• Experience with systems implementation for international business expansion or cross-border trade projects
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
