Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for People Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product vision for HCM functions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct requirements walkthroughs and document key use cases and functional requirements
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage requirements within the backlog

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and compliance considerations
• Experience with Workday or similar Tier-1 enterprise HRIS systems
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential data in a fast-paced environment
