Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and document requirements, use cases, and implementation needs
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, test scripts, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to facilitate productive sprints and system upgrades

Required Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of experience working with IT teams as a BSA or similar role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional years of experience
• Experience working with complex enterprise systems and business processes
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience
• Demonstrated understanding and experience working within an Agile software development life cycle (SDLC)
