Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the lifecycle of class actions and define data requirements based on functional needs
• Develop technical specifications and documentation for internal applications
• Serve as a liaison between Client Services and Data Analysts to ensure smooth production workflows

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Process Specialist
• Proficient with MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Familiarity with relational databases and moderate SQL logic
• Basic understanding of ETL concepts and practices
