Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to serve as a liaison between business operating teams and the Business Systems team.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Business Systems processes, SOPs, and SLAs
• Utilize various techniques to elicit requirements and support project accountability
• Identify and define system improvements and enhancements to meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Intermediate experience with MS Office and flowcharting tools
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficient in writing detailed business and functional requirements
