Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Business Finance, Tax, & Treasury).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Finance, Tax, & Treasury partners to identify process gaps and goals
• Lead the planning, design, development, and deployment of system improvements in Workday
• Coordinate system testing and assist during user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Workday financial operations or administering the Workday Financial application
• 3+ years of experience with Record to Report business processes
• Experience in detailing and analyzing processes and procedures
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Ability to learn new technologies and mentor others
