Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure development teams understand the scope and intent
• Develop and execute test plans and cases, supporting various testing phases to validate solutions against requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Systems Analyst or related roles
• Experience in facilitating requirements elicitation sessions and creating clear documentation
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications
• Familiarity with Agile environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Must have access to high-speed internet and be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
