Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Business Systems Analyst who will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in selecting and modifying approaches to meet requirement initiatives while obtaining stakeholder buy-in
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations to ensure engagement and alignment with project goals
• Establish metrics to assess the quality of business analysis work and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Computer Science) or related degree programs
• Six years of relevant work experience
• High-level knowledge of data quality, database concepts, and analysis using SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with Big Data environments such as Snowflake or GCP
• Knowledge of third-party data and audience selection methodologies
