Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their Sales Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple releases
• Validate system configurations, incentive plan calculations, and reporting outputs
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to aid decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or scrum master roles within technology-centric environments
• Xactly and Connect system experience is preferred
• Demonstrable ability to elicit, document, and refine business and technical requirements
• Familiarity with software development and maintenance methodologies
