Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to collaborate with stakeholders and analyze business requirements for technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Create functional requirements and systems models to guide developers and project teams
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicate changes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years of related experience in business analysis or systems analysis
• Experience with data processing, Power BI, or ServiceNow is desired
• Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain user documentation
• Experience in planning user acceptance testing (UAT)
