Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics NAV / Business Central Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for users across Dynamics NAV and Business Central environments
• Support ERP initiatives, including system upgrades and implementations, focusing on data cleanup, testing, and user training
• Configure and maintain Business Central to align with evolving business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience supporting, maintaining, or enhancing ERP systems in a business environment
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they translate into system workflows
• Ability to document processes and communicate system impacts across departments
